To those with the surname "Schmuck" out there, I apologize in advance for this brief joke.
Joe Schmuck goes to the Court Clerk's Office in the County Court House and files a Name Change Petition with the County Superior Court.
On hearing day, the Superior Court Judge calls Mr. Schmuck's case.
"Hmmmmmmmm," says the judge, kneading his chin while he studies Mr. Schmuck's Petition, "I can see why someone named 'Joe Schmuck' would have good cause to change his name. What do you want your new name to be?"
"John Schmuck," he answers.
